Venerable Bhikkhu T. Seelananda from Bhavana Society, West Virginia will be conducting a one day meditation retreat.

THE BHOOMI PŪJA PROJECT

Be a proud sponsor of the Minnesota Buddhist Vihara!

 

Dear Dhamma Friends,

 

The Minnesota Buddhist Vihara was founded in March 2004 to fulfill a long felt need for a local Buddhist temple. The Vihara has been providing spiritual, educational, and cultural guidance and assistance. Services include; counseling, a dhamma school, dhamma discussions, sil observations, meditation sessions, visitations, blessings and offerings, language training and cultural activities to all communities in MN and surrounding states. Currently the Vihara is housed on 10,000 square feet of mortgaged land.

 

The objective of the “Bhoomi Pūja” project is to release the temple from mortgage. The project was inaugurated on the day of the Katina Ceremony, October 23, 2010, and will continue until all 10,000 square feet are sponsored.

 

 

We are asking you to sponsor 1 square foot of land for $20. You can sponsor as many square feet as you wish and as often as you wish. You may wish to plan this meritorious deed to commemorate a special occasion.  For example, you, your family members' or friends'
